The research unit works in close collaboration with the after-sales service’s technicians and technical sales representatives. It works also in collaboration with our distributors’ technicians.
Depending on the situation and the customer’s problem, the research unit team intervenes directly on site to provide corrective actions or improvement solutions. Thus, the equipment will be able to adapt to the evolution and the stakes of the company.
