Within the scope of the purchase of your labelling machine through one of our distributors, we advise you to contact them directly for all after-sales service.

Mecamarc’s approved repairers or distributors benefit from knowledge and expertise on our entire range and are also supported by all the after-sales team and research department in our manufacturing workshop.

Problems may arise after your Mecamarc purchase. We do our utmost to guarantee efficient assistance services and to ensure that your Mecamarc experience runs smoothly.

During your after-sales service steps, we offer a remote diagnosis, so that we can act quickly and limit the impact on your business.

The operator will take care of your request and will treat it according to

  • The level of technical assistance requested by the customer
  • The 1st level diagnosis of the incident, performed remotely

And will propose, if necessary, the intervention of a technician on site.

Our opening hours

Mecamarc’s After-Sales Service is open on working days and during working hours (Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 12.30pm and from 1.30pm to 5pm, except public holidays).
